**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Janitor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Janitor will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for visitors and staff.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the exterior of the facility, including sweeping, leaf blowing, and power washing areas including, but not limited to, loading docks, parking lots, break areas, frontage of buildings, and backyards.
- Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and handrails.
- Collect, empty and properly dispose of trash, waste, and recycling according to established guidelines.
- Refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered.
- Drive and maintain company vehicle and golf carts.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.
- Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Be available for support for the janitorial team as well as weekend floor care work as needed.
- Other tasks and projects requested by the customer and/or the Advanced, Inc team.

**Qualifications**
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience, [preferably in a medical or healthcare setting].
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required.
