**Member Experience Center Hours**:Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM, Saturday 9AM-12:30PM
- This is a 20-25 hour per week, in person, position located in our call center at our **Brenham, TX** location.
- Rotating Saturday Schedule
- Preferrably looking for afternoon availability for a closing shift.
- This is not a remote position.

**Job Duties**
- Assist members with account inquiries and resolve member issues without transferring call unless inquiry is outside of call center capabilities or scope.
- Provide excellent service to our members utilizing Account Cross Sell in Symitar, which qualifies members for products or services available through ACUTX.
- Provide and explain account history and balance and process account transactions including transfers and loan payments at member's request.
- Perform any account maintenance per members authorization. Maintenance to include address changes, name changes, and any other account changes per members authorization.
- Process member check orders via online check order software.
- Promptly answer and respond to online chats, tickets, and other electronic communication channels.
- Assist Collections Department in collecting on delinquent loans by researching cause of delinquency and correcting the problem to bring loan current.
- Assist members with all electronic services which include online banking, mobile banking, bill pay, remote deposit, smart pay and others.
- Process check/card by phone payments.
- Assist members with credit card and debit card issues and questions. Assist members with reporting disputes and fraud on account, debit card, or credit card.
- Assist members with incoming and outgoing wires.
- Determine eligibility for loan skip-a-pay and processing skip.
- Assist with onboarding new members via Join Now.
- Perform any back office duties as assigned.
- Keep current in knowledge of credit union processes and standards by studying pay day updates and taking procedure quizzes promptly.

**Education/Certifications/ Licenses**

A high school degree or GED is required.

**Experience**

Up to six months of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
