What will you do?

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
Prepares and delivers monthly financial reports and variance analysis to budget owners and stakeholders.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and analysis to measure financial performance against targets.
Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and business insights.
Support the annual budgeting process by meeting with functional leaders to gather business metrics to be used in long range planning.
Assist in preparing board-level financial slides and reporting packages.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
What do you need to succeed?
Possess a strong finance and business-oriented mindset, allowing for a strategic understanding of financial implications and decisions.
Proven ability to build and maintain financial models, proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
Hands-on, creative approach to building business decision support tools
Demonstrated success streamlining and optimizing processes and systems for the FP&A function in a high growth environment.
Deep knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and forecasting techniques.
Experience in a matrixed organization working with senior management and providing support to multiple business units is a plus.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience improving/automating processes and systems.

**Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
