We are looking to hire a **Machine Operator**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor machines and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the production process to ensure proper operation and quality output.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make minor repairs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Inspect finished products for quality, including dimensions, color, and surface finish, and make adjustments as needed to meet specifications.
- Record production data and maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production output.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in training programs to develop and enhance machine operation skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining various manufacturing machines and equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, heat, and dust.
- Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
