**Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Insurance Services Supervisor, the Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for loading correct demographic and insurance information to ensure clean claims, consistent with the mission and philosophy of CHW Medical Foundation.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Two years’ experience working in healthcare revenue cycle, a professional medical office, and/or Non Healthcare customer service position
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Three years’ experience working in healthcare revenue cycle and/or a professional medical office with Customer Service responsibilities
- One-year experience with IDX Practice Management System and Cerner preferred
- Knowledge of physician billing regulations
- Understanding of professional claims and billing procedures
- Knowledge of Google Suite

**Pay Range**
$16.30 - $22.42 /hour
