**Full time - **seeing at 15 or more clients per week. If working at least 3 days or more in office, clinicians will get a **dedicated office**. This means there's no moving around or having to call dibs on a space. All our offices have windows. We also have a little kitchenette with a sink and fridge. Most full time clinicians will receive the 70/30 pay split with opportunities to receive 75% at a higher remittance level.
**Part time - **seeing less than 15 clients per week. If you're in office one or two days per week you may share an office with another part time clinician. Days and hours will be coordinated up front so there won't be confusion. Part time clinicians will typically receive 65% of paid remittance from sessions the previous week, with a chance to receive 70%.

Our practice is geared mainly toward serving adults of all ages, but we will consider clinicians who focus on teens and young adults. We are looking for therapists who will fit in well with our existing clinicians. We have a calm, positive, supportive vibe right now.
You will work as a 1099 contracted professional in private practice as part of a small group. As part of the group practice you will have access to furnished office space and an EHR (simple practice), wi-fi, referrals, business cards, a spot on our website, and a brand to work under, with the benefit of having colleagues and guidance from other professionals.
You may work via telehealth or in office, or a combination of both.
We will provide guidance in every aspect of transitioning to private practice including getting paneled or learning to deal with cash clients, setting up a listing, creating a website, dealing with taxes and acquiring your own health insurance if you need it.
**Requirements and preferred skills**:
- You must have your clinical license in the state of Connecticut_, we are NOT taking on interns or students for field work. If you do not hold a valid, current clinical license in Connecticut, please do not apply.
Please have some understanding of what it means to be a **1099 contracted professional **and do some research on how to build a caseload. You can start this on the side while at your current job or if you're able to take time off to complete the process of getting set up and building a caseload, that's even better. It can take 3 to 6 months to build a decent caseload of clients.

**More about where we're at**:
Our office opens for in-person appointments June 3rd. Our focus is on providing a high end, comfortable experience for our clients. The office will not be your typical boring, clinical environment - we will have a warm and inviting space.
**Schedules**:
You'll book your own clients and make your own schedule. Sounds overwhelming? It might be at first, but it's not difficult. This work provides a high level of independence so you can control your time and have more free time.
The building is open 7 to 7 weekdays, 7 to 5 Saturday. If you want to work Sundays in the office, we can arrange that with building security.
You will have the option to start out with telehealth and work to build up your caseload before transitioning fully into private practice. If you're looking to work part time, that's even easier.
Please keep in mind you will be responsible for building your own caseload, though you will receive referrals from me and the group and other colleagues associated with me. There is no pressure to have clients right away, but you will be expected to build your clientele over the course of 3 to 6 months to fill your caseload.
