Key Responsibilities:
1. Rebate Program Management:

- Manage all aspects of rebate programs, including tracking, calculation, and validation of rebate claims.
- Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions.
- Monitor rebate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Data Management: Manage and maintain K12 education data related to NOI initiatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of all data sets.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze sales data, rebate claims, and other relevant information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Analyze K12 education data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in NOI programs and initiatives.

4. Contract Interpretation:

- Interpret and understand rebate contracts to ensure accurate calculation and processing of rebates.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and negotiate rebate terms in contracts.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate rebate calculations.
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and address concerns related to rebate programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies and interventions aimed at improving K12 education outcomes within the context of NOI initiatives.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive K12 education data at all times.

7. Process Improvement:

- Continuously evaluate and improve rebate processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline rebate management processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in Foodservice Distribution.
- 2+ years of experience in rebate management, finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of rebate processing systems and software is a plus.
- Proven experience in K12 education data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of educational data systems and processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Familiarity with NOI frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
