Look no further **We are hiring Drivers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Charlottesville, VA**. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Being a driver is fun and fulfilling for those who enjoy leading movers, physical activity, problem-solving, helping and interacting with people in your community.

**Starting Pay: $22 / hour + tips** _and_ **WEEKLY FRIDAY PAY**

- Problem Solving: Every move is unique and can present new challenges. As a driver, you'll have the opportunity to use your problem-solving skills to figure out the best way to move items, navigate tight spaces, and work around obstacles.
- Variety: No two moves are the same. As a driver, you'll be moving a variety of items, from furniture to appliances to personal belongings. This variety can make the job more interesting and engaging.
- Sense of Accomplishment: At the end of each successful move, you'll have a sense of accomplishment and pride in a job well done. You'll be helping customers transition to their new homes or businesses, which is a rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely.
- Work with our team of drivers and movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.
- Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.
- Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements:

- A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
- The ability to lift 100 pounds
- The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs
- A friendly personality with customer service skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A commitment to safety and professionalism
