**Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available Pay rates range from $50.00-$58.00** **per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. **PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.**

- Coordinate nursing staff orientation and training to both facility and company policies
- Observe and evaluate the performance of the nursing staff
- Make clinical rounds

Qualifications:
**Qualifications for Director of Nursing (RN)**:

- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in **Arizona**; Bachelors in Nursing preferred
- A valid CPR card
- a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive administrative/management experience in a healthcare setting, with 1 year experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
