**Position Summary and Overview**

The Churchill School & Center, a K-12 school for students with language-based learning disabilities, is seeking a Registrar for an immediate opening. Reporting to the Assistant Head of School, the Registrar works collaboratively with the Lower and Upper School Division Directors, Chief Enrollment and Strategy Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Director of College Counseling. The primary focus of this position is maintaining accurate
and confidential academic records, as well as preparing student and faculty schedules.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate commitment to Churchill’s mission and core values
- Embrace and model Churchill’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Manage and maintain Blackbaud student information system. This includes roster management, schedule accuracy, attendance support, user account creation, query support and more
- Support Lower School and Upper School schedule creation
- Establish and coordinate all scheduling-related tasks and communications for the school, including but not limited to database setup, course requests/changes, teaching assignments, course offerings, and daily schedules
- Manage Registrar-related functions, including records requests, grading, report card distribution, and transcript generation
- Process student schedule changes as needed
- Partner with the Enrollment Management Office, Business Office, Philanthropy and Communications Office, and Technology Department to ensure student and personnel records are accurate and updated
- Assist guidance office with transcript mailings and Naviance data maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience and proficiency with Blackbaud student information system, as well as demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms and adept at learning new systems and databases
- At least 3 years of experience as Registrar or similar role in an independent school
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in all aspects of the job
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor

**Compensation**
- $70K - $85K commensurate with experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
