We are on the lookout for a skilled and passionate **Plant Health Care Technician** to be an integral part of our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who relish working outdoors and have a dedication to the care and enhancement of tree and landscape beauty and health. As a Plant Health Care Technician, you will be actively involved in:

- Playing a critical role in maintaining and improving the aesthetic appeal of our client's properties
- Working closely with a team that prioritizes safety, excellence in tree care, and ongoing professional development

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, evaluate, and provide necessary care for trees and shrubs on residential properties
- Communicate effectively with clients, educating them on plant health care needs and treatments
- Perform treatments using a variety of methods, including sprays and soil injections
- Maintain and operate equipment responsibly and safely (hand tools, spray agitators, portable spray equipment, and other equipment)
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs to stay ahead in the field

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- A passion for nature, horticulture, and outdoor work
- Prior tree care, landscaping, turf care, or horticulture experience (highly preferred)
- Pesticide Applicator License or willingness to obtain relevant certifications (we pay for the cost of exam)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and cooperatively within a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
