Budtender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products, provide information about different strains and consumption methods, and ensure a positive and safe experience for all customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
- Accurately weigh and package cannabis products for sale
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods
- Familiarity with technology sales or retail sales is preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 21 years old (or as required by state regulations)
- Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws and regulations
- Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
