Location: This position is located at 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, Pennsylvania, 17527 United States Role Summary:
The Productivity Analyst will lead a team that analyzes and reports on metrics of the DC business including productivity, throughput and other key value indicators. Position will work closely with the Operations and Engineering team on maintaining production standards, developing reports, pulling data and reporting results for review. Expected to support review of current processes, reporting, and tracking methods and assist in developing potential solutions for improving the overall process.

Role Responsibilities:

- Supervises and manages team of productivity coordinators
- Analyzes and reports metric data for the distribution and fulfillment center daily activities
- Validate Labor Productivity Productivity Reporting and tie to all financial reporting across the network
- Maintains historical data for weekly, monthly and yearly data trends
- Supports creation of functional reporting and score carding utilizing the Labor Management interface
- Identifies and corrects LM discrepancies
- Enters and updates user info in Labor Management system
- Maintains productivity standards and reports on trends through LM
- Pinpoint new opportunities for LM tracking within the warehouse
- Validates the interface data between WM, LM and Kronos
- Monitor and report on training, productivity, and accuracy of new hires
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

Role Qualifications:

- Experience with Manhattan’s warehouse management and labor management suites and/or equivalent software
- Experience with productivity tracking, data collection systems, and reporting software
- MS Suite: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access, Visio
- Experience in data collection and statistical analysis
- Experience in highly automated distribution center or production environment
- Accountable, reliable, team oriented with sound judgement
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills: ability to interact across a broad range of organizational levels and functions
- Troubleshooting expertise and strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to gather, analyze and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work overtime in a fast paced environment

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to manipulate a keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
