Responsibilities:

- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those with special needs or disabilities
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial driving role
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques, especially when working with children or individuals with special needs
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, particularly if fluent in English and another language
- Knowledge of paratransit services and requirements is beneficial

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and routes
- Physical stamina to sit for extended periods of time and assist passengers as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
