Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Counselor/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and promoting our products and services to potential customers. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business is a must.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Use Social Media posts, stories to gain engagement from existing clients and potential clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
