We seek a proactive Fleet Superintendent to oversee and optimize our extensive fleet operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in fleet management and a knack for improving operational efficiencies. If you are detail-oriented, adept at project management, and excel in a dynamic environment, this might be your perfect role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the fleet, ensuring vehicles meet the highest safety and efficiency standards.
- Implement and manage fleet management processes, update databases, and utilize company resources effectively.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency across fleet operations.
- Lead cross-departmental teams to execute fleet-related projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

**Requirements**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong background in DOT compliance and fleet management, with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Independent worker with the capability to also perform in team settings when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with proficiency in report generation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation safety laws and regulations.
