**Position**: Front Office Superstar
**Location**: Pediatric Dentistry of Palo Alto

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet our little patients and their families with a big, welcoming smile
- Schedule appointments and manage our busy calendar like a pro
- Handle phone calls with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Verify insurance and manage treatment planning with accuracy and efficiency

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive and energetic personality that can brighten up any room
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a busy environment
- Experience with insurance verification and treatment planning is **required**:

- A love for children and a passion for providing exceptional care

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Dental Front Office: 2 years (required)
- Dentrix: 1 year (required)
- Insurance verification: 1 year (required)
- Treatment Planning: 1 year (required)
