Certified Flight Instructor

D14 Aviation at Bult Field (C56) is looking for a CFI to help cover an extremely fast-growing student base. We currently have a wide variety of aircraft including PA28-140's, PA28-180, C177 (glass cockpit), Waco YMF-7, and more. Along with regular primary, instrument, and commercial training, we also offer tailwheel, upset recovery training, rusty pilot courses, and more. We also have a mechanic on staff to make sure all of our aircraft are kept in the best possible condition.

A big part of our school includes our college and high school programs. In partnership with Governors State University, D14 teaches multiple ground school classes at the university and conduct the flight training at C56. During the summer, D14 conducts multiple summer schools and camps with local high schools giving students hands on aviation experience to help them pursue a career within aviation. Between the college and high school programs and our FMX Redbird simulator, CFI's have limitless possibilities to work regardless of weather conditions.

Our student base has been growing rapidly, and we need instructors hungry for hours and ready to fly as soon as able. Many of our students want to fly as much as possible, we just currently do not possess the instructor manning to accomadate such.

**Requirements**:
Certfiled Flight Instructor

Willing/able to start as soon as possible

Preferred:
CFII

Tailwheel experience

Multiple airframe experience

Pay:
$25-35/hr depending on qualifications. Raises will occur with more experience once within the company as well. Same pay rate for teaching ground, sim, college classes, and summer schools as well.
