Overall description:

- To support the significant growth in the roll-out of SSL Gateway Technologies and FAA offers and other Security Technologies through in-depth troubleshooting and technical analysis in Incident,Change and Release Management.
- You will need to work in collaboration with our L2 SOC teams, security engineering team (Tier-3 Support level) and transversal management team in charge of Operational Service Management.
- You will need to make sure that escalations done to Tier-3 Support level are done in a timely manner.
- Your role is also to proactively monitors active cases / and critical cases and to highlight priorities to optimize the processing of incident/problem queues with engineering.
- Your task is to set a continuous improvement plan and proactive guidance to L2 SOC teams based on a solid understanding of our business operations and goals, and our technical environments.
- You provide expert services (consulting, auditing, writing technical documents) for Orange Business & its customers.
- Carry out pilots, test & learn to support our customers and operational teams on the end-to-end processes that will govern the solutions (projects, production, operation, reporting)
- Identify the levers to industrialize processes by specifying the necessary functionalities in the business.
- Contribute to regular upskilling program to our SOC teams.

As a Solutions Expert, you will also provide expertise and technical support to the operational teams on a daily basis on the Orange Business offers in the Orange Cyberdefense portfolio during deployments and in the resolution of incidents.

Bilingual - English & French written and spoken

IT Proficient: MS Office Software Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good experience on Security, Firewall, Hosting and/or network environment
- Excellent Knowledge on Unix/Linux OS and windows
- Excellent Knowledge on Extranet/Internet protocols (TCP-IP, SMTP/POP, DNS, Proxy etc.)
- Good knowledge on Network system.
- Good Working experience in Operating Systems - Windows/Linux/Redhat
- Good knowledge on Infrastructure (Cisco, FW, Routing, VLAN)
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP (networking, protocols), Application Servers Good knowledge of Virtualisation.Knowledge:

- Information Technology

Security Devices: (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Bluecoat & IronPort Proxies, F5, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Zscaler, SafeNet, Pulse secure, MacAfee IPSs, Pulse secure, Juniper SRX & net screen)

Excellent Knowledge of Tunneling protocols & IPSEC (Traditional, Advanced & ADVPN)

Excellent network troubleshooting skills in the following:
CCNA, CCNP certifications (mandatory)
- Network devices: (Routers, switches)
- Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP).
- Good Knowledge of QoS
