We are currently seeking a **Conservation Specialist **for our Policy Owner Service department.

The **Conservation Specialist** is responsible for meeting production standards and a retention quota to ensure GTL's Key Results are achieved. Other key responsibilities include: providing superior customer service, compliance with company policies, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The person in this position will also provide ongoing feedback on what is going well and areas for improvement/growth. Must be able to make independent decisions, multitask and prioritize tasks, and work well with other internal departments to meet company goals.

**Education and Skills**:

- High school graduate
- Outstanding telephone skills, including voice tone and courtesy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven written communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge of Health & Life Insurance products a plus
- Licensed Agent a plus
- Recent conservation/customer service experience a plus
