I am an independent contractor looking for a FEW GOOD MEN (or Women)

Work with a few nutball guys whose jokes suck and their singing is worse. We work hard... we play hard. We believe in paying it forward and rewarding strong work ethic.
The NUTS AND BOLTS.
- Layout block and brick walls according to specifications.
- Prep materials as needed including mixing mortar and grout, cutting materials including brick, block, and stone.
- Build scaffold and other work platforms as needed.
- Erects scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
- Set-up concrete forms, pour and finish concrete
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools. Uses equipment and tools properly and safely to perform basic construction tasks.Must be able to switch between tasks throughout the day as situations arise or move from one type of material to the next.
- Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
- Inspects all work to ensure quality and accuracy with levels, ruler, tape measures and other equipment, and makes necessary adjustments.
- Ability to lift 90 lbs. to shoulder, push 150 lbs. overhead, pull 65 lbs, frequently. Ability to perform a variety of tasks involving, at times, strenuous manual labor.
- Ensure that the jobsite, work trailers, and work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Follows all established safety rules and regulations.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, and always exhibit courteous and respectful behavior on the jobsite.
Will train. Driver's license is needed (I ain't your mama but we do carpool when we can)
Pay based on experience. Able to start ASAP with 6 month INCENTIVE BONUS $$$.
**Qualifications**:
- Brick laying and/or Concrete finishing experience preferred but will train
- Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively
- General Knowledge of construction practices
- Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license for transportation to job sites
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
