Vandiver is is opening in 2024 and will be located in the Bridge Creek Inn (BCI), right in the heart of Clayton, Georgia. Our American tavern is where timeless traditions will meet contemporary flair. This warm and inviting atmosphere will be the perfect place to celebrate the rich flavors and heritage of American cuisine. Our menu will showcase a curated selection of classic dishes with a modern twist, crafted with passion and served with genuine hospitality.

As the **BAR MANAGER, ** you'll be experienced in bartending (3+ years) as well as managing the bar and food service on the floor. A successful Bar Manager will come with the passion to create, prepare, and serve the Vandiver's drink recipes, ensure proper preparation and service experience.

You'll enjoy working in the trenches with the team and in a high-volume environment but remain "cool" when serving in an elevated yet approachable way. As the Bar Manager, you will be empowered to curate a menu, manage service, finance, and lead the team.

You'll promote a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L goals. While also look over all aspects of the bar including quality, presentation, ticket times, allergies, and special requests. You’ll authentically embrace Internal Hospitality and strive to create memorable experiences within and with the community.

- **Oversee the Business**: Collaborate with the GM and leaders from the Home Office to maximize bar operations. Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adhere to health and safety standards. Play a pivotal role in managing labor, budgets, forecasts, and ensure the bottom line meets pre-determined expectations.

**REQUIRMENTS**
- **Flexibility**: Your schedule may vary (days, nights, weekends, holidays) based on seasonality, covers, and hours of operation. In general, you can anticipate working 40 to 50 hours a week.
