Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Job Summary:
Saturday availability between February and April is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete work with the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Computer data entry within accounting software, both General Ledger and Tax.
- Administrative support such as answering phones, printing/scanning, and processing paperwork.

**Skills**:

- Read and write in English.
- Work well with a team.
- Flexibility with responsibilities amount team members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams; Quickbooks; and accounting software (Ultratax preferred).
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- 1+ year experience preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Physical setting:

- Office

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
