Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various vacation rentals. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for our clients and employees.

**Duties**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing as needed
- Follow Complete Cleaning Checklist

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning preferred
- Ability to travel from different properties within the area. (Travel cost are covered)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Flexibility to work afternoons (11AM -4PM), weekends as needed
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
