**Evergreen Village, a beautiful senior living community in Prescott, AZ, is seeking dedicated & motivated team members to join our team as Servers. We have both PART TIME AND FULL TIME SHIFTS AVAILABLE, INCLUDING WEEKEND SHIFTS.**

**Primary shifts needed are 6:00am to 2:00pm. Occasional evening coverage from 3:00 to 7:00pm**

Under general supervision of the Dining Supervisor, the servers performs a variety of duties involving preparation and service of balanced meals to the residents of Avista. The Servers will possess a genuine interest in and concern for the food service industry and for geriatric, chronically ill and/or disabled persons. Must be able to communicate well and take direction to ensure top notch service to our residents.

**Essential Functions**:

- Supports the philosophy, mission, commitment, vision, and values of Avista
- Prepares food, etc., in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as established policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains a good working rapport with department personnel, as well as other departments within the community, to assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the patients.
- Assists in serving meals, as necessary, on a timely basis.
- Assists with inventorying and storing incoming food, supplies, etc., as necessary.
- Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies.
- Assists with maintaining food storage areas in a clean and properly arranged manner at all times.
- Sets up meal trays, food carts, the dining room etc., as instructed.
- May assist Cook with preparing meals.
- Serves food in dining room, as instructed.

No prior experience required. A desire to work with seniors and provide a positive and welcoming environment a must. Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler and cpr card. Flexibility in scheduling is required.
