We are looking for an energetic person who has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth dock operations. They will undertake a variety of activities: using a forklift and walkie to move product, creating bills of ladings/manifests for trucks going out, printing pallet tags for product coming in, and assisting with month end inventories. They must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

Schedule will need to be flexible but most often Monday - Friday 11:00am—7:00pm. Some Saturdays may be necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Create pallet tags using Microsoft Office Excel/Word to easily identify incoming product
- Generate shipping paperwork utilizing our ERP system
- Loading and unloading trucks, tagging product and moving product to racking

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience in using a Forklift and Walkie

**Salary**: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Everyone coming into facility must be wearing a mask and continue to do so unless eating/drinking. Temperatures checked and check in questions are asked each time a person enters our facility.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
