**The Opportunity**

**The Team**

**The MML Investors Services (MMLIS) Elite Services Team** provides white glove, concierge level operational support and service to our Top-Tier Wealth Management advisors. We review and process all of their MMLIS New Business in addition to facilitating post new account functions including Advisory Operations, Cashiering, Transfer of Assets, and Account Maintenance. Our strategy includes growing and retaining our most successful and influential advisor population across the country and supporting them with an operational experience that is laser focused on the ease of doing business. We provide tailored telephony support and partner closely with all Service and Operations areas within MMLIS including MMLIS Product, MMFA leadership, Legal, and Compliance.

**The Impact**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Review broker dealer new business submissions for accuracy and completeness
- Identify cases that are not in good order (NIGO) and work with our Field force to resolve
- Provide telephone support to both internal and external customers concerning paperwork requirements, NIGO issues, setting up customer accounts, etc.
- Process client data into back office systems with a high level of accuracy
- Research and resolve operational issues as needed
- Identify and resolve problems using Root Cause Problem Solving tools
- Work effectively to meet/exceed productivity and quality standards

**The Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma/GED or HiSET
- 1+ years experience in an Investment Services Specialist role (New Business or Inforce)
- 3+ years experience with MMLIS new business workflows, systems, and concepts
- 3+ years experience with registration types, brokerage account features, managed account attributes, billing of managed accounts
- 3+ years operational work experience and/or experience reviewing items for accuracy
- 3+ years customer service experience/working with internal or external customers

**The Ideal Qualifications**
- Advanced knowledge of the securities industry specifically as it relates to back office processing for standard non-retirement accounts
- Advanced Knowledge and understanding of FINRA/SEC rules and regulations preferred
- Superior telephone and communication skills
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to work overtime and/or work a flexible shift arrangement as business needs arise
