Job Summary:
Core Schedule:

- Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Some evening or weekend overtime may be required for various events and initiatives.

Compensation Package:

- Starting hourly wage of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience and location.
- This position is FLSA Non-Exempt and will be paid at time and one half for any overtime hours worked.

Day in the Life:

- Complete research, data entry, and billing processes for various projects for aircraft maintenance, parts, and inspection teams.
- Review new work orders for accuracy, confirm job and customer data.
- Enter, update and correct maintenance information in Maintenance and Accounting systems for accurate tracking and billing.
- Work with Accounting teams to ensure all transactions are billed to the appropriate accounts and support Accounts Receivable processes as needed.
- Review, adjust and correct work orders as directed for processing.
- Review and audit Technician time and job data to reconcile payroll and job cost reporting.
- Review and approve Technician time cards for payroll.
- Verify shop supplies billed to work order and customer billing accuracy.
- Work with Director of Maintenance to coordinate and prepare for scheduled projects.
- Review and update Avionics Technical Publications.
- Monitor Accounts Receivables and contact customers as needed for payment of completed work.
- Provide support to other departments and Team Members when requested.
- Filing of warranty claims for approved manufacturer warranty work.
- Monitor, and update as needed, stored rates for various affiliate and internal customers.
- Month end closing and finalization of work orders and shop accounts
- Take on additional projects and tasks as needed to support business growth and change.
- Other duties as assigned.

What will make you successful:

- Associates degree in aviation, business, or related field.
- Or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Prior experience in Aviation maintenance billing a plus, but not required.
- Flexible working schedules is a must.
- Must successfully pass background and pre-employment checks.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience with Corridor Maintenance Software a strong plus.
- Effective at organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent ability to understand and translate customer requirements and interact and cooperate with company employees in all departments.
- Tenacious self-starter with a mature outlook. Proven ability to operate independently and achieve results; enthusiastic, committed and conscientious.
- Strong computer literacy and quantitative skills to manage data, process and distill information and communicate effectively.
