Summer Martial Arts Instructor for Children's Day

The area's most renowned Summer Day Camp is now seeking a MARTIAL ARTS counselor for summer 2024.

We are looking for an instructor who has martial arts training and would enjoy teaching children in a beautiful camp setting. Experience in any of the following: karate, self-defense, sparring, fencing, jiu-jitsu, judo, kung fu, tae kwon do, or similar disciplines.

The camp season is 8 weeks, June 17 - August 9, 2024, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

**$4,500-$5,000 starting salary**. Yearly salary increases. $200 bonus for referring other teachers/coaches. Optional paid certifications available for certain activities.

Teachers are heroes and should be treated as such BBC counselors become part of our family and stay with us for many years We plan multiple counselor get-togethers in the evenings and off-season (home cooked meals, swimming, softball, etc.) where counselors can socialize and network with other like-minded teachers. **MUST BE A COLLEGE GRADUATE OVER 23 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CAR.**

**All campers and counselors are required to have their COVID-19 vaccination.

**If you live in Center City Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, Manayunk, Delaware County/Main Line area, or South Jersey, we may provide you with a **camp vehicle** to pick up campers on your way to camp each day and drop them off on your way home (camp pays for the gasoline).
