Founded in 1975, The Help Group is the largest, most innovative and comprehensive nonprofit of its kind in the United States serving children with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental delays, abuse and emotional problems. Its broad range of mental health and therapy services and residential programs extends its reach to more than 6,000 children and their families each year. Lumina Counseling, provides insurance and private pay mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, families and couples, throughout the Los Angeles area. We offer individual, group, couples and family therapy, in addition to psycho-educational evaluations and diagnostic assessments. We ensure our clinics are staffed with trained professionals with a variety of specialties and theoretical approaches, so that we are sure you will be able to find what you need.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Having worked as a Therapist is a plus
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including therapists, interns, supervisors, admin staff, and mid-level management

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Work with marketing when major changes need to be done. For instance, if we are creating or removing pages from the site or we are doing an event.
- Work with finance to review monetary performance monthly.
- Perform any SEO tasks assigned from outside agency.
- Create relationships in the community.
- Responsible for the program running efficiently and profitably.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice.
- Develop and implement marketing and growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, community organizations, and referral sources.
- Manage outside partners like 3D, SEO, and PPC on a high level and internal partners
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
