Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Assist in revenue cycle management processes
- Handle customer service inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support medical billing activities
- Utilize coding knowledge for proper documentation
- Conduct double-entry bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Utilize Sage software for accounting tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in data entry and clerical duties
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes
- Experience with medical billing procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Strong understanding of coding practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.75 - $19.50 per hour
