**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Inventory Management**:
a. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

i. Accept, unload, verify, inspect, and record all incoming shipments.

ii. Record, report, and return defective items.

b. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

c. Track incoming parts for Service.

d. Ensure all inventory/stock is properly stored and organized within the warehouse.

e. Label all stock parts with part numbers.

f. Return all warranty parts.

**2. Warehouse Maintenance**:
a. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.

b. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment.

c. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**3. Transporting Equipment**:
a. Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials to various job sites using a trailer.

b. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transport.

c. Assist with the unloading of equipment at job sites and ensure proper delivery.

**4. Offloading Trailers**:
a. Safely and efficiently offload trailers upon arrival.

b. Verify the contents against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

c. Inspect incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies.

**5. Customer Service**

a. Interact with delivery drivers and job site personnel in a professional manner.

b. Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries promptly.

c. Maintain a good relationship with Installers and Service Technicians.

d. Organize material needs for jobs, help technicians load in the morning if needed.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:
a. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.

b. Do pre-trip inspections on trailers and scissor lifts.

c. Participate in safety training and meetings as required.

**Physical Demands & Working Conditions**
- Physical requirements necessary include standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, most of the time with infrequent opportunities to sit.
- Must be able to lift or exert force up to 50lbs or greater and be on your feet during the entire work shift.
- Work is performed in a warehouse setting and involves regular exposure to elements such as dirt, dust, noise, cold, heat, humidity, or wet conditions.
- May require travel to job sites, which can involve working in various weather conditions.

**Experience/Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
