**Responsibilities**:
Take responsibility for your store with the purpose of leading the team through these performance areas: People, Product, Presentation, P&Ps, & Profit. Lead by example through motivation, support and communication with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional experience for both team members & customers. Collaborate with appropriate partners through exceptional communication and teamwork in order to achieve that experience.

**Qualifications**:
**2 Years of Retail/Leadership Management... GREAT People Skills. Must be Motivational, have great Communication Skills, and an ability to connect with your team.**

Pay: $42,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
