Window and Door Installer

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows, doors, glass, and window shades for our customers. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and replace windows, doors, glass, and window shades
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales team, and other team members
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in window, door, glass, or window shade installation
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
