Expectations:

- Must be available weekdays and weekends if needed.
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and deep cleaning of BOH areas, including fridges, prep areas and all kitchen equipment.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and kindly with FOH and BOH.
- Must be able to follow all food service and safety guidelines.
- Must have a sense of urgency and move quickly while effectively cleaning dishware, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.
- Must also be able to cleanly and quickly put away dry cookware, silverware, dishware, etc.
- Replace and take out kitchen trash cans.
- Must handle all dishware and glassware with care to prevent breakage.
- Replace dishware on top of line for maximum efficiency.
- Must be able to sweep floors, mop, wipe down surfaces, and help with overall cleaning.

Shift:

- Weekdays 7:00am-4:30pm
- Weekends 8:00am-4:30pm

**Experience**:

- 1 YEAR MINIMUM RESTAURANT DISHWASHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- if you do not have dishwashing experience, do not apply.

Pay: $15.69 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
