Please note that this position is mainly independent work. There are no schedule hours You work on your own weekly hour terms You just got to hit your monthly personal goal to make the money. I am also hiring for in home customer service experience.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED, and further applicable education or equivalent experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fraction and decimals, and calculate percentages.
- Ability to read workplace rules and procedures, speak with poise and confidence, using correct English.
- Knowledge of tax-advantaged accounts and benefit plans, insurance, and/or claims or payments.
- Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs.
- Six months prior work experience in an office environment and with customer service.
- Two plus years prior work experience in an office environment and with customer service and tax-advantaged accounts and employee benefit plans, insurance, and/or claims or payments preferred.
- Associate’s degree in related degree program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize tax knowledge and expertise to assist clients with tax planning and compliance.
- Acquire new customers through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission

Pay: $100.00 - $4,000.00 per month
