In-house Real Estate Photographer/videographer

We are seeking a creative individual to produce visually captivating content for our real estate listings, including photography, videography, drone operation, floor plan creation, and Matterport scanning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, both interior and exterior. Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties (if applicable).- Create accurate floor plans using relevant software/tools.- Conduct Matterport scanning to create 3D virtual tours of properties.- Collaborate with our real estate agents to understand their specific requirements and preferences.- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.**Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable car for transportation to various properties.- Availability to work weekends when necessary.- Experience in real estate photography/videography is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using photography/videography equipment.- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.**Benefits**:
