**Responsibilities**:
- Handle consumer complaints and adverse event reviews, ensuring prompt and effective resolution and uphold compliance and brand reputation
- Ensure adherence to requirements and conduct investigational research as needed
- Safeguard consumer product safety and usability
- Support administration of different Quality Management Systems; Document Control, Change Control, CRM, Training.
- Implement cGMPs across diverse product categories: dietary supplements, OTC drugs, homeopathic drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics, and keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends.
- Support labeling approvals process within the Quality Management System and contribute to vendor qualification programs for quality assurance.

**You bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a GMP environment
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience working with regulatory agencies i.e., FDA is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work autonomously
