Fresh Family Dental is a state-of-the-art, NON-Corporate family owned and operated practice and is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a 50/50 FFS PPO insurance office that believes in doing the right things for the right reasons
This is a Management position, including administrative tasks:
- Outstanding Customer Service, Presenting treatment to patients, managing HR and motivating team members, All aspects of PPO dental insurance including Estimate of Benefits/Insurance Verifications/Credentialing, Collecting and Posting payment,Running Payroll, Scheduling, Hiring, 40 hour work week with rare but occasional after hour work.

**As our perfect match you**:
- 2 year minimum dental management experience required
- Previous Open Dental software Experience preferred
- Be able to work our business hours that include late shifts on Tuesday and Thursday of 9:30am-7pm and early shifts on Wednesday and Friday of 8:30am-3pm.
- Prioritizing patient rapport and outstanding customer service
- Show a strong respect for all your co-workers, regardless of position
- Are committed to adhering to strict confidentiality and ethical standards
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional image in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational and administrative skills - you see what needs to be done and do it
- Ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate needs of others
