General Manager of Warehouse Operations- Bilingual

Overview:
Job responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for team management in the U.S. branch and Warehouse, which includes daily operations and the planning and implementation of localization strategy.

2. Plan the United States warehouses' layout and land the company's strategy in the United States, including the East Coast, West Coast, Central Region, and Southern Region. The position will be responsible for four warehouses' strategic planning, totaling 50,000 to 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse area.

3. Maximizing profits in the United States branch through strategic planning and implementing profit maximization strategies.

4. Manage self-owned warehouses, cooperative warehouses, and operation teams, develop and land warehouse operation process and operation standard SOP, and optimize the WMS in collaboration with I.T.

5. Responsible for negotiating account discounts with FedEx/UPS/UPS Express or trucking companies to reduce costs and optimize capacity

6. Fully responsible for smooth communication with customers, suppliers, partners, and other external partners and relevant government departments

7. Led the development of an America-based team while maintaining the communication and reporting mechanism of the U.S. branch in collaboration with the Chinese team; coordinated other department resources (I.T., supply chain, personnel administration, finance) to implement docking with the U.S. branch

8. Responsible for the U.S. branch of the system construction, supervision of the implementation of the system policy, the establishment of the training system, the selection of middle and senior management, and improved incentives and welfare system.

**Requirements**:
1. master's degree or above in supply chain, warehousing, and logistics management is preferred.

2. In the warehousing and logistics industry industry, has more than five years of work experience, more than three years of management experience.

3. Managed multi-regional warehouses in the United States, more than 500,000 feet of warehouse management experience, 30 people + team management experience

4. Familiarity with U.S. laws and regulations, OSHA, fire, employment, and other related policies.

5. Can travel to multiple regions in the United States quarterly and can travel to China every 6-12 months.

6. Participate or lead the design, planning, or implementation of the WMS system is preferred.

7. Strong coordination and communication skills: can manage cross-departmental multi-threading for work advancement, trouble-free communication with I.T. and other departments.

8. Independent solid thinking and decision-making ability.

9. Highly responsible, dedicated, able to embrace change, the courage to challenge themselves, strong resistance to pressure, love the warehousing and logistics industry.

Pay: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
