**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Job Functions**:

- Develop and maintain requirements documentation (process diagrams, use cases, user stories, RTMs, etc.).
- Manage team process improvements, identifying process improvement opportunities, creating and updating process documents and facilitating processes updates by team members.
- Efficiently manages time on tasks as well as special projects.
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently to identify and resolve issues.
- Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to solve business problems.
- Assumes responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks within a project and coordinate with the project manager or stakeholders to determine the order of priorities.

Qualifications:
**Necessary Skills and Knowledge**:

- Business Analysis experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create client-ready documentation/deliverables in a variety of formats
- Independent worker who can quickly learn new processes in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Science in business analysis, business administration, IT, or any related field OR equivalent years of related experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar business analysis role
- Must be a U.S Citizen

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with any of the following:

- NET
- C#, TSQL, HTML, CSS
- Angular 4 or greater
- Angular JavaScript
- Bootstrap
