As we grow, we are in search of additional administrative support to manage the tasks below. While this is a part-time position, daily availability is required. **This is 100% remote position **with flexible hours and opportunities for increased hours and promotion over time.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
*Screen potential new clients

*Schedule new and current clients in EHR

*Send intake forms and manage intake process

*Manage client waitlist

*Maintain communication with staff therapists and billing

*Write correspondence and create forms

*General office management, including managing spreadsheets to track payroll, supply ordering, etc.

*Provide support to specific projects

*Attend monthly staff meetings

**Additional Add-On Opportunities**

*Engage with community partners to increase company visibility and referral base

*Attend community events

*Develop and manage social media content

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
