We are seeking an engaging, detailed oriented team member for the Electrical Leadman**_ _**position
- Enjoy serving others
- Enjoy educating others
- Run jobs up to 1200 hours
- Layout, schedule, and organize material to keep job moving days in advance
- Effective communicator able to give direction, coach and develop team
- Tracks progress and assigns work accordingly
- Have experience using technology to coordinate scheduling
- Keeps safety as top priority
- Possesses tools relevant for trade and skill level
- Have 5 or more years of experience in the electrical field
- Have 1 or more years of experience as a leader in the field
- Love bringing innovative solutions to light
- Strong sense of urgency and follow up
- Ask great questions and take initiative to grow
