Home Health and Hospice Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial aspects of the home health and hospice departments, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage the revenue cycle, including patient billing, collections, and reimbursement.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations.
- Manage the home health and hospice department budget, developing financial forecasts and monitoring expenses.
- Work collaboratively with department directors, clinical staff, and administrative personnel on financial matters.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare reimbursement and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare financial management, preferably in home health and hospice.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license a plus.
- Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid and commercial billing regulations.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with healthcare financial management software a strong **plus**.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
