**Position Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver guest vehicles to/from the dealership for service appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests
- Wash, vacuum, and add fuel to vehicles as needed
- Ensure vehicles are handled with care and driven safely

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired
- Keeps a timely shuttle route
- Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
- Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
- Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have a clean driving record with 2 or fewer moving violations
- Able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
