Logistics Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing supply chain operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers
- Manage dispatching and scheduling of shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to negotiate pricing and terms
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting to optimize inventory levels
- Procure materials and supplies needed for production or distribution
- Utilize AS400 or similar systems to track shipments, update inventory, and generate reports
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures
- Familiarity with E-commerce logistics is a plus
- Proficient in using AS400 or similar inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and carriers

Pay: $360.00 - $420.00 per month
