We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Concierge to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about digital dentistry and eager to grow your skills, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training**:

- Complete a comprehensive 3-4 week training program covering VSP, Scanning, Photogrammetry, and other essential courses at Malwal.
- **Scanning & Photogrammetry**:

- Perform scanning and photogrammetry tasks as required to support dental practices.
- **Referral Support/Chair Side/Planning Assistance**:

- Provide support with referrals, chairside assistance, and planning to ensure seamless operations.
- **Project Management & Client Training**:

- Train as needed to support project management.
- Conduct onsite client training and be available for up to 5 onsite trips per year.
- **Study Clubs**:

- Attend and actively participate in 10-12 study clubs annually to stay updated with the latest industry trends and practices.
- **Educational Roles**:

- Teach ITC Boot Camp, Full Arch, and Digital Concierge courses to empower other dental professionals.
- **Patient Case Presentation**:

- Learn and assist in patient case presentations to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Provide marketing support for dental practices to boost their visibility and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest and/or background in digital dentistry and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite client training (up to 5 times per year).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience in marketing and patient case presentations is a plus.
- Teaching experience or a desire to teach and share knowledge with peers.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
