Irrigation Lead Technician

**Job description**

**Irrigation Technician Role**:

- Irrigation system design and installation
- System maintenance and repairs
- Irrigation inventory
- Assists with estimating
- Keeps management informed by maintaining daily work orders, and submitting daily activity reports
- Strives to meet or beat budgeted hours and material on all jobs, while keeping top quality consistent (incentive opportunity also available)

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Irrigation system design and flow rates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry specific knowledge on landscape maintenance and construction
- Ability to use computer programs
- Clean NYS Drivers license
- Knowledge of eastern Long Island and bi-lingual a plus
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Positive attitude and the desire to be the best at what you do
- Flexibility with helping out other teams and crews in the company when necessary
