**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage the driver safety program and promote the culture of safety.
- Be the point person for all accidents and incidents.
- Ensure that all safety records, such as DQ files and annual reviews, are current and accurate.
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment in our offices and maintenance department.
- Perform driver recruiting and hiring duties, including interviews and road tests.
- Conduct random drug and/or alcohol screens.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years in trucking safety.
- Class A CDL.
- Extensive knowledge of DOT and HOS regulations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Certified in Drug and Alcohol testing.
- Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
