**Objectives of this Role**
- Design and implement company branding with successful marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the internal team on creative direction and branding cohesiveness
- Identify and analyze competitors
- Prepare marketing materials by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Assist in onboarding of new brokers (creation of digital accounts, business cards, and postcards)
- Assist in training and coaching brokers with strategies and marketing tools
- Assist in coordination and promotion of company events/ meetings
- Social media design, writing, posting and analysis
- Listing data entry and database marketing tasks
- Fulfill marketing request orders from brokers (various items and materials)

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Google Business Workspace and web analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
